Overview:

We try our very best to ensure every Hayibo product meets our very high standards. That said, in rare cases, stuff happens – so we're always happy to replace anything that doesn't get to you in tip-top shape. Reach out to us at info@hayibo.io, and our team will happily take care of your concerns.

Section 1: Delivery:

We currently ship only to the Western Cape of South Africa (excluding PO boxes).

At Hayibo, we strive to keep our business model as sustainable as possible for the environment as well as our clients, we therefore don’t keep stock or warehouse any items. For estimated lead times on your order, kindly refer to the shipping policies provided below the product descriptions on our site. We hope to get your order to you within 5 working days.

Your Hayibo shipment will ship out with a tracking email at latest within 15-20 days from the date of purchase (be sure to check your Spam/Junk folders just in case).

Please keep in mind that we ship in batches and you may receive a tracking email at varying times each month (even if you typically receive a tracking email by a certain time). We do ship out boxes in batches. This means your box could arrive during either the third, or fourth week of every month.

Once you receive a confirmation email from us, we will begin to process your order. We will provide you with status updates via email & will send you a tracking number as soon as your package leaves us.

Boxes are currently sent through a single shipping company Yango Delivery. We’re constantly exploring options to get your box to you quicker and more efficiently.

Shipping to the Western Cape in South Africa costs R100 per order. Once your order has been fulfilled, please allow 2-3 days for your order to reach you.

We are not responsible for forwarding fees, foreign transaction fees, or duty and other customs clearing expenses.
